M-Elec designs and develops innovative, easy to use and beautiful electrical products. Since their inception in 2006 M-Elec has grown to become a respected innovator for their illuminated thinking, building them a strong brand name. However, their branding did not reflect this shining reputation. With over 100 different products with no clear relation to the next, it was clear that the family of products needed a re-vamp. We needed to bring it all together and create a new brand that stood out and reflected the high-quality products it represented.
So that’s what we did, we refreshed the logo and brand making it a lot cleaner and more modern. We updated product packaging and introduced the use of blue across the board to clearly link the family of M-Elec products together. This is no mean feat and we continue to work with M-Elec with new product releases to ensure this new brand remains strong.
The ins and outs of this re-brand were detailed in a brand guideline booklet for the company to fully understand the value of the new brand and how best to utilise it.
